Ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate to avoid failed deliveries. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for any reshipment costs associated with such issues.

  3. Missing or Lost Packages
    If your package has not arrived 15 business days after the expected delivery window, please contact us. Once a package is confirmed lost, customers are entitled to either a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.
    If an item is returned to us due to customer error (such as an incorrect address or refusal of delivery), the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
