Eligible Circumstances
3.1 Change of Mind
You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
3.2 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund or replacement will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
3.3 Item Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us within 14 business days after the expected delivery date. We will investigate and issue either a replacement or refund within 14 days of resolution.
3.4 UK/EU Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cooling-off period. Items must then be returned in unused and resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs under this provision.
Cancellation Policy
